TaskPaper, WriteRoom, and Snow Leopard
It appears that both TaskPaper and WriteRoom are crashing for some users on Snow Leopard. I’m not sure how widespread the problem is, they work for me, but they are definitely crashing for others. Unfortunately this weekend is about the busiest weekend of the year for me. Bangor, ME (where I live) has it’s big music folk festival this weekend, we have lots of relatives in the house, and are busy visiting the festival when it’s not raining. The result is I haven’t had a chance to track the problem down yet.
In the meantime…
- WriteRoom and TaskPaper all use open file formats. If you can’t open the program you can still get and edit your files using another program such as TextEdit.
- I’ll get to work and start debugging the problem when things get back to normal on Monday.
- I’m off to the folk festival now, have a good weekend!
