SimpleText for Mac progress

SimpleText for Mac client getting more polished. The latest changes include:

• Changed Icon back to pencil. Done changing icons for a while :)
• Changed Sync progress now indicated by blinking dot in status item.
• Changed Single download folder, no longer separate folder for each account.
• Added UTF8 extended attribute when writing text files. Makes TextEdit open in proper encoding.

Update Please note that the location of the local sync folder changed. The previous folders will remain, but syncing will only happen in the new folder. I hope that’s the last folder change location!
