SimpleText for Mac update

• Added Cache support for faster syncing.
• Fixed Better support for tracking renamed files.
• Fixed Can read non UTF-8 text files from Documents Folder.

Getting close to done (minus website, and docs cleanup) I think. The one bug that I know about is that Sign Out only seems to work once per application launch. Seems like a bug in NSHTTPCookieStorage, I’ve posted to the cocoa experts for help.

Anyway please try this releas out and let me know if you run into problems. I did a bit of caching work on the server, should just make things go faster, but always possible that I introduced bugs in the process.
