TaskPaper for Mac 2.2

• Changed File format changed to use indentation only to determine item parent child structure. You can run this applescript on old documents to update them to the new format.
• Added Shift Up and Shift Down commands, for reordering the current line.
• Added Select block command, selects current entry and all descendants.
• Added Open link command, opens the current link that the text cursor is over.
• Added Show unsaved changes commands, shows differences between current document and last version saved to disk.
• Fixed Problems recognizing and incorporating external file changes (such as when syncing with SimpleText)
• Fixed No longer creates “Synced Documents” folder in top level of users account.
